January 15, 2018 in NEWS

https://youtu.be/JYsxSkOGVH0

GUESS recently revealed Jennifer Lopez as their new 2018 Guess Girl with a hot new promo video and tv commercial….

Some things just keep getting better with age.  Such is the case with Lopez, or so the executives at GUESS though.  Now 48,  Lopez is making history by being the oldest woman ever chosen by GUESS to be the face of their ad campaign.

As most would agree, Lopez with her sultry body and beautiful features is an ideal match for the Guess. Former Guess supermodels have included, Claudia Schiffer, Anna Nicole Smith, Laetitia Casta, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima among others.

Claudia Schifferr returns 23 years after her first Guess ad. to shoo their “Guess 30th Anniversary Campaign.

In recently released videos and photos, Jennifer sports her ‘bed-head’ styled hair,  as she straddles a brass chair, poking out her goods while wearing a Guess denim jumpsuit.

Based on what they have released so far it looks like Jennifer’s Guess ads will be on par to challenge those sultry and seductive images of former GUESS supermodels.    We’ll have to wait and see.  But let us know what you think of J.Lo as the new face of GUESS.

Russell Peters’ Indian Detective on Netflix

December 29, 2017 in NEWS

Comedian Russell Peters’ might soon be a household name.  His new NETFLIX series, THE INDIAN DETECTIVE

Comedian Russell Peters has been performing standup comedy for over 25 years.  But somehow he is still not a household name in America.  He’s in shock, because fortunate for him, that’s all probably about to change with the release of his new Netflix comedy series, The Indian Detective.

In the new series, Peters stars as Toronto Police constable Doug D’Mello, a man desperate to prove his worth and be promoted to detective, but instead winds up suspended following a bust gone wrong. Through a guilty ploy by his father (Anupam Kher), he heads to Mumbai during his repose where a pretty girl (Mishqah Parthiephal) leads him to stumble onto a related case.

“On the surface, D’Mello seems like he should fit in when he goes back to India, but he quickly finds out that even though he’s ethnically Indian, he’s culturally Canadian,”  Peters said.  “He’s a fish-out-of-water coming to terms with his own mixed feelings about India and his relationship with his father.”

The Indian Detective  is now showing on Netflix.
